Cancelling of booking

Any request for cancellation will have to be addressed by e-mail via our website, specifying your booking reference and using the same e-mail address than for the reservation.

This request for cancellation will be validated when you will receive a confirmation of cancellation from us within 48 hours. If no confirmation of cancellation has been addressed to you within 48 hours, we invite you to renew your request for cancellation.

• Any request for cancellation, will be free of charge when addressed 3 hours before the arrival date.
• For any cancellation request made within 3 hours preceding your planned arrival, you will be charged the entire sum of the transfer.
